Nick Leeder served as the Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand at Google Inc. Leeder served as Deputy Chief Executive of News Corp. since January 2010. Mr. Leeder served as Deputy Chief Executive of Australia Division at News Limited since January 2010. Leeder served as Chief Operating Officer of News Digital Media Pty Limited. Leeder oversaw the expanding operations of the business and was responsible for ensuring News Digital Media properties. He served as Consultant of Fairfax Media Limited (formerly, John Fairfax Holdings Limited) and its subsidiary, F2 since May 2004. He worked for McKinsey & Co. He serves as a Director of News Digital Media Pty Limited. Leeder holds a Bachelor of Science (Major in Pure Mathematics) from the University of Sydney and an MBA from Insead, France.

2002: Promoted to Chief Operating Officer for Fairfax Digital. Designed the Fairfax Media business strategy around online news and classifieds, including mycareer.com.au domain.com.au.
2006: Joins News Ltd as chief operating officer of News Digital Media.
2010: Appointed Deputy Chief Executive of The Australian overseeing sales and operations for print and digital.
2011: Joins Google Australia and New Zealand as Managing Director, with responsibility for sales and business development operations.
