Paul Smith

Paul Smith is the Vice President, EMEA for the Salesforce ExactTarget Marketing Cloud. In his role, he is responsible for defining and implementing sales strategies, securing reference wins, and building strong, scalable teams.

Prior to joining salesforce.com, Paul served as Managing Director for Techlightenment, a social technology business that enables clients to implement social commerce, social CRM, and targeted advertising campaigns. With almost two decades of experience in the industry, Paul is often sought to speak at industry conferences and events, where he shares how brands can leverage social media to build better relationships with their customers.
